How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on every order in Bahrain. For Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and Oman, delivery is a flat 2.9 BD.

How long does delivery take?

Orders in Bahrain usually arrive in 5 to 12 business days. Other GCC countries take 7 to 14 business days. You will receive a tracking link once your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available in Bahrain. We confirm each cash on delivery order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch, so please enter a correct phone number at checkout.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We will send a free replacement or a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge, any time before it is dispatched. Just message us with your order number.

Do the electrical products work with Bahrain sockets?

Yes. Products that plug into the wall, like the Quran speaker night light and the garment steamer, come with a UK-type plug, the standard in Bahrain. Rechargeable products charge by USB.
