Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Baitak online store or place an order with us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We confirm cash on delivery orders by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. We may cancel an order if we can't confirm it, if an item is out of stock, or if a price was listed in error. If we cancel, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Bahraini Dinar (BD) and include delivery in Bahrain. For other GCC countries, the delivery fee is shown at checkout. For cash on delivery orders, payment is due in full to the courier when your order arrives.

Products

We describe our products and show their photos as accurately as we can. Small differences in colour or packaging can happen. Please use each product as described in its instructions.

Discount codes

Discount codes can be used once per customer unless stated otherwise, can't be exchanged for cash, and can't be combined with other offers unless stated.

Liability

We are not responsible for delays or problems caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the consumer protection laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
