Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with every order. If something is wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.
What we accept
- Items that arrive damaged or faulty
- Items that don't match what you ordered
- Items missing parts from the box
Send us your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. Once we confirm it, we will send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to pay anything to return a damaged or faulty item.
What we can't accept
- Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original packaging
- Personal care items that have been opened, such as the water flosser, for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty
- Change-of-mind returns after 14 days
Cash on delivery orders
Refunds for cash on delivery orders are sent by bank transfer or BenefitPay within 5 business days of approval.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge any time before your order is dispatched. Message us with your order number.
